Responsibilities

  • Daily huddle with team (Monday to Thursday)
  • Set goals/commitments and be coached to them
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
  • Master Byrne Real Estate Group Buyer Seller services
  • Collaborate with inside sales team and operations religiously
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
  • Track tasks and activities in CRM

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

  • 3 years’ of real estate sales experience (OR 3 years of professional sales or management experience)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
