Position Purpose:

The Partner Alliance Manager plays a pivotal role in ByteBridge’s growth strategy by developing, nurturing, and managing strategic alliances with key partners. This role ensures a collaborative and productive relationship with partners to drive joint success and deliver value to our customers. The Partner Alliance Manager will design and execute partnership strategies, identify new opportunities for collaboration, and align partner objectives with ByteBridge’s goals. Through strategic relationship-building and execution, this position contributes significantly to expanding ByteBridge’s reach and fostering long-term business success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnerships: Develop and manage strategic alliances with partners, ensuring mutual value creation and alignment with ByteBridge’s objectives.
  • Joint Planning: Collaborate with partners to design joint business plans, execute go-to-market strategies, and achieve shared objectives.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, nurturing relationships and ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Opportunity Identification: Identify and explore new partnership opportunities to expand ByteBridge’s market presence and service offerings.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships, ensuring objectives are met and reporting results to senior leadership.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any conflicts or challenges in partnership execution to maintain strong and productive relationships.
  • Event Coordination: Represent ByteBridge at partner events, conferences, and meetings to build relationships and increase visibility.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of partner interactions, agreements, and performance metrics.


Qualifications Requirements:


  • Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in partner management, business development, or a related field in the IT industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and managing successful strategic alliances.


  • Skills:
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and align stakeholders around shared objectives.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess partnership performance and identify areas for improvement.


  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.


Compensation and Benefits:


  • Annual Base Pay Range: $100k to $120k
