Job Description
Basic Requirements
o Greet and develop relationship with Parents and Students
o Supervise and monitor safety of children
o Help children keep good hygiene
o Routine Care (Diaper changes)
o Help babies develop language by speaking to them frequently
o Daily Report in Brightwheel
o Positive Reinforcement
o Nurture Children to reach appropriate developmental milestones
o Enhance Children’s growth and development
o Assist children in creating healthy eating habits
o Warm bottles, assist babies with feeding
o Keep classroom and materials clean and sanitized
o Maintain DSS/ABC/CACFP/First Steps Training Hours
o Maintain Center/DSS/ABC/CACFP/First Steps Regulations
o Organize classroom
o All other duties as deemed necessary
Skilled Requirements
o Prepare weekly or monthly lessons for students
o Routine Planned Physical Activity
o Communicate clearly with Parents, student’s development and progress
o Conduct twice a year Parent/Teacher Conferences
o Conduct twice a year ASQ Assessments
o Understand diversity and show empathy
o Use Problem solving techniques
o All other duties as deemed necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- licensed child care: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
