C&B Complete is looking for a Renovation Superintendent to join their team to oversee and manage renovation projects from inception to completion.

What you'll be doing:
This is an in-office position, reporting to work M-F, 7:15am-4:00pm, traveling to-and-from project sites (an average of 15-20 projects at a time). Daily responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage renovation projects and sub-contractors, ensuring cost control and adherence to time and financial constraints.
- Communicating regularly with key internal and external project stakeholders (ie, customers, sub-contractors, Estimators, Client Care Coordinators, etc) regarding project and budgetary updates (where applicable), mitigating risk where needed to project milestones and critical activities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, permits, and codes.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports using company software (DASH).
- Proactively identify and resolve project-related issues, obstacles, and conflicts.
- Performing regular quality assurance inspections on renovation projects, addressing any issues or deficiencies promptly.
- Maintain relationships with subcontractors, sourcing and selecting high quality subcontractors as needed.
The ideal candidates for this role....
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check (no violent offenses or criminal convictions that prevent the candidate from working around children), as the Renovation Superintendent is frequently in customer homes and businesses (including schools).
- Have a driver’s license and a clear driving record. Estimators will have access to a company vehicle to drive to and from customer locations.
- Able to safely lift 50 lbs.
- Proven experience in project management, specifically in renovation or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software (ProAssist) and tools a plus but not required.
- Budgeting and financial management skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Leadership and team management skills.
About the pay and benefits:
- $42,000 base commission. Total compensation $65-$75k per year.
