C.C. Creations, the largest printing and embroidery company in the state of Texas, is hiring a MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN to join an ambitious and growing team. C.C. Creations has been in business for 40 years and has since grown from five to 600 employees. What will you do as a Maintenance Technician?
- Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and facility equipment.
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production.
- Perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
- Perform maintenance skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting and repair of production machines, facility equipment, and facility structures.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Diagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, and perform tests and necessary adjustments with little to no assistance.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, fleet vehicles, and plant facilities.
- Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance, carpentry, HVAC, and housekeeping functions.
- Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties.
- Comply with safety regulations while maintaining clean and orderly work areas.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License – Class C

4 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Specifically mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical experience and repair of production machines.
- Industrial maintenance experience required.
- HVAC license preferred.
- Knowledge of construction, maintenance, troubleshooting, and operation of buildings, equipment, and utility systems
- Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours per day on concrete surfaces and climb ladders/stairs.
- Ability to periodically lift 50 pounds.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
