C.C. Creations, the largest screen printing and embroidery company in the state of Texas, is hiring OPERATIONS UTILITY STAFF to join an ambitious and growing team. The Operations Utility Staff role is a member of Operations that works closely with Screen Print Production Employees at C.C. Creations must demonstrate task expertise, effective communication, teamwork, stamina, and basic mechanical competencies.

What will you do as an Operations Utility Staff?

• Operate an automatic printing machine, including set up and tear down to produce garments per order specifications.
• Verify that the count, garment types, print location, and artwork are correct prior to production.
• Document all necessary information pertaining to the order in our ERP system, such as orders printed, and colors used.
• Use proper methods/techniques to operate and maintain embroidery equipment on apparel, headwear, bags, and other various products.
• Willingness to learn how to operate machines in the Pre-Press Department
• Work alongside his/her team to produce orders while maintaining optimum production rates and quality standards according to company guidelines and customer specifications.
• Fold and/or bag product manually or using a folding machine according to order instructions.
• Follow all safety and operations procedures.

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment, as well as a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to keep quality top of mind and job knowledge current.
• Willing to work extra hours, varied shifts, and/or weekends, as needed.
• Able to stand for an entire shift and lift up to 50 pounds periodically.
• Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools necessary to perform the job.
