My name is Joey and I'm the General Manager for C&C Myers. I have worked here for many years and have had the opportunity to grow my career here as I've helped people in the community. I started as a Service Tech and have learned many roles and have been promoted multiple times. Our growth has and will continue to provide opportunities for new hires as it has for me. We will be training the successful candidates to follow our process, which leads to predictable results when executed properly. The lead installer position is an extremely important leadership role at C&C Myers. The successful candidate will work closely with the HVAC Manager to ensure services are held to our standard of excellence.

What will your job look like?
- Clean, adjust and repair HVAC systems – air handling units, duct work, vents, condensation drainage.
- Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose.
- Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Track repairs and work completed in trade software, Service Titan.
- Engage with customer/client to inform them of issue, solution and outcome; recommend products and services for optimal system performance.
What do you need?
- Must have at least two years of residential HVAC Service experience.
- Must be willing to pursue, develop and participate in continuing education.
- Must know local HVAC codes and be able to apply them in a practical manner on each job.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- C&C Myers may conduct a preemployment background check and drug test, subject to applicable law.
Salary : $75,000 - $150,000
