Position Summary:
We’re hiring a part-time Parts Associate to support our service team and customers. This position involves assisting with parts lookup, customer inquiries, inventory management, and general support for the service department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and assist customers with parts inquiries
- Look up parts for both customers and service technicians
- Assist the service manager in sourcing and locating parts
- Receive and check in inventory shipments
- Label and organize incoming parts
- Maintain a clean and organized parts area
- Lift and carry up to 40 pounds as needed
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Basic mechanical knowledge or willingness to learn (small engines, outdoor equipment)
- Comfortable using a computer and learning parts lookup systems
- Dependable and punctual
