What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager position at C Cross Logistics, LLC?
C Cross Logistics was founded in 2016 as a brokerage extension of an asset-based flatbed trucking company. Our goal at inception was to service lanes outside of the southeastern United States that our parent company did not have capacity for.
Over the past seven years, C Cross has grown into much more than that. In 2020 we branched out and became a full-service 3PL with over fifty employees and agents scattered throughout the country.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through online research and sales tools provided by C Cross.
- Build relationships and earn the trust of new and existing customers through calls and emails.
- Book shipments for customers using new and established trucking companies in our network.
- Track shipments and provide updates to customers throughout the process.
- Work with your team to keep the country moving!
What we are looking for
- Bachelor degree or sales experience is preferred, but not required. Our training program is designed to bring in individuals outside of the industry and turn them into logistics rockstars.
- High energy - Logistics is a fast-paced, ever-changing market. No two days are the same, which makes this industry unique, challenging, but FUN.
