Environmental Health and Safety Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing environmental health and safety programs to ensure compliance with regulations and promote a safe working environment. This role requires a proactive approach to risk management and the ability to foster a culture of safety within the organization.

Job description

• - Develop and manage safety programs across the company.
• - Perform regular site visits to identify and address safety issues.
• - Attend safety meetings and communicate key information to staff.
• - Document inspection results and report to relevant agencies.
• - Ensure compliance with OSHA, NIOSH, EPA, TCEQ, and other regulations.
• - Coordinate initial and ongoing safety training.
• - Collaborate with the Korean HQ's EHS department.
• - Monitor high-risk tasks and recommend safety improvements.
• - Conduct risk assessments with engineers and team leads before hazardous work begins.

Qualifications

• - Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• - Must pass background check and drug screening
• - Speaking Korean is preferred.
• - 2–5 years of experience in safety or environmental health roles is preferred.
