Core Responsibilities
- Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, sophisticated onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all HR practices adhere to federal, state, and local regulations. Maintain meticulous records and manage internal audits.
- Employee Relations: Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing professional guidance on policy interpretation and conflict resolution.
- Benefits & Compensation: Administer comprehensive benefits programs, manage open enrollment, and assist with compensation benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline HR workflows through technology and data-driven insights.
Professional Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dedicated HR Generalist or Specialist role.
- Education: Prefer Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is a big plus!
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of HRIS platforms and the Microsoft Office Suite.
