C & L Automotive is a well-established, family-owned automotive shop on West 11th in Eugene, Oregon. C & L Automotive is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience as an Automotive Service Writer and should be detail oriented, well spoken, energetic and possess excellent customer service skills along with the ability to keep a tidy work space. Candidates should be self-motivated and work collaboratively with staff to be efficient and finish tasks promptly.
Service Writer/Advisor Job Description:
-Greeting customers in a friendly, prompt and courteous manner.
-Listening to customers concerns and reporting them accurately.
-Obtaining customer and vehicle information.
-Determining maintenance needs of vehicle based on age and mileage.
-Preparing repair estimates.
-Monitoring the progress of customers vehicles each day and keeping customers updated of their progress.
-Explaining all work and charges to customers.
-Ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment.
-A helpful, friendly and flexible attitude toward customers and co-workers.
-Being a punctual and reliable employee
-Keep a clean and tidy work space
