Communication Center Representative

Job Title: Communication Center

Objective: Maximize sales and profitability by generating leads and scheduling appointments for the installed sales and service department.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with the general public
• Experience in the home improvement industry
• Proficient computer and phone skills
• Previous sales and/or telemarketing experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow up with leads until appointments are set
• Confirm appointments with prospects
• Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments
• Assist Design Center visitors, demonstrate products, and guide to appropriate sales channels
• Schedule in-home consultations
• Maintain Design Center appearance
• Record prospect information accurately
• Schedule appointments efficiently
• Meet or exceed lead generation targets
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Working Conditions:

• Work primarily in an office environment
• Minimal physical effort required
• Typical call center hours 8am-7pm Monday thru Friday, Saturdays 9am-1pm
• Travel to other design centers 1-2 days per week (mileage reimbursement)

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma (or GED)
• College courses in marketing, communications, or business preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
