**Key Responsibilities:**

• Operate and maintain heavy machinery, including sky tracks, forklifts, skid steers, backhoes, and cranes, in compliance with safety regulations.
• Conduct daily inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and address maintenance or repair needs promptly.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Follow blueprints and specifications to execute construction procedures and accurate measurements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training is a plus.
• Proven experience as a machine operator, preferably in the construction field.
• Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and best practices.
• Valid drivers license and relevant certifications for operating heavy equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise and physical stamina to perform demanding tasks in varying weather conditions.

Offered compensation: $20/hr - $24/hr
