Who are you?
You are someone who is extremely detail-oriented and organized. We are searching for a qualified Deposit Operations Specialist I to efficiently perform daily tasks associated with deposit operations, taking care of our customers and employees through accurate, efficient processing. As a Deposit Operations Specialist I, your responsibilities include performing daily tasks associated with deposit operations, including digital banking, POD, Bankcard, ACH, ODP, IRA, Wires, Fraud, etc. If you're excited to be part of a motivated team, C&N is a great place to grow your career!
You could be responsible for:
- Processing incoming and outgoing Automated Clearing House (ACH) files, originator files to FRB (including company, customer, and digital banking system files), and individual files to the bank's CORE system.
- Providing support for all consumer and business digital banking products.
- Answering customer Automated Clearing House (ACH) origination and Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) questions.
- Performing daily duties related to the overdraft privilege program, BankCard program, and/or wire processing.
- Monitoring IRA and CD products for accuracy and executing daily, monthly, and annual duties in regard to these products.
- Meeting the minimum requirements and expectations for all Deposit Operations employees.
Requirements:
You will need a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) AND 1-2 years of previous related experience and/or training OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Upon successful completion of your training requirements with our Deposit Operations Team in Wellsboro, PA, and meeting the eligibility criteria of our Flexible Work Arrangements Program, you may be approved to transition to a remote work arrangement. The required training length will be dependent on the chosen candidate's prior experience and/or learning aptitude.
