Base Salary is $45,000-$65,000 Commissions and Bonuses on top

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for policyholder inquiries, providing clear and helpful information.
Process policy changes, renewals, and endorsements accurately and efficiently.
Assist clients with billing inquiries and payment processing.
Support the sales team by preparing quotes and providing policy details.
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with our valued clients.
Adhere to agency procedures and insurance regulations.
Requirements
- Valid Florida 440 or 220 Insurance License
- Prior experience in an insurance customer service role.
- Prior Homeowner Insurance Experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with agency management systems and standard office software.
- A genuine desire to help people and build positive relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
