Credentialing Manager (Dental DSO | Semi-Remote)
Oak Dental Partners is a fast-growing, multi-state Dental and Orthodontic DSO with 60 practices—and growing. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for an experienced Credentialing Manager with strong dental credentialing expertise and prior DSO experience to lead and evolve our credentialing operations.
This is a semi-remote role ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, thrives in high-growth environments, and takes pride in building efficient, scalable processes that directly impact provider onboarding and revenue readiness.

What You’ll Do

Lead end-to-end credentialing and re-credentialing for Dental and Orthodontic providers across multiple states

Manage enrollments with commercial payers, Medicaid, and Managed Care Organizations (MCOs)

Serve as the go-to expert for CAQH ProView, MyDoc, and payer-specific credentialing platforms

Build, document, and continuously improve scalable credentialing SOPs, workflows, and best practices

Track provider licensure, certifications, and payer expirables to ensure ongoing compliance and uninterrupted participation

Partner closely with RCM leadership, HR, Office Managers, and Providers to support smooth onboarding and revenue readiness

Support the development and rollout of a centralized credentialing request portal for office submissions

Identify opportunities to improve turnaround times, accuracy, and operational efficiency
What We’re Looking For

5–8 years of credentialing experience with a strong focus on dental provider credentialing
-
Prior experience working within a Dental DSO is required
-
Proven experience managing multi-state credentialing, including Medicaid and MCO enrollments
-
Demonstrated success building, scaling, or improving credentialing processes in a growth environment

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced setting

Notary Public preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Occasional travel required a few times per year for office visits
