What are the responsibilities and job description for the Laborer position at C.W. Matthews Contracting Company, Inc.?
The Asphalt Plant Laborer will perform a wide range of general duties at an asphalt plant including but not limited to : shoveling, moving materials, and maintain good housekeeping while adhering to all safety regulations.
Experience working around Asphalt and / or construction equipment is preferred.
Requirements :
- Must be able to repetively lift up to 50 pounds, walk, stoop, squat, sit, kneel and be capable of passing required pre-employment drug screen.
- Maintain reliable attendance, meeting company standards, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Experience with loader / backhoe preferred, but not necessary
