In the past 15 years, C&W has grown to a fleet of over 150 trucks and are constantly growing our team of experienced drivers, and have expanded our services to customers all throughout North America!
We are looking for an experienced Driver Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a fleet of drivers, ensuring that all vehicles are in compliance with safety regulations, and providing support to drivers in the field. The Driver Manager will also be responsible for scheduling routes, managing driver performance, and providing customer service to clients. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise drivers and ensure that they are following all safety regulations.
- Schedule drivers for routes and manage their time efficiently.
- Monitor driver performance and provide feedback to improve their performance.
- Ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained and serviced.
- Ensure that drivers are following the company's policies and procedures.
- Keep accurate records of driver activities and performance.
- Communicate with customers to ensure that they are satisfied with the service provided.
