Tarkett has a great opportunity for a Heatset Shift Leader (Hospitality) Full Time Night Shift 11PM-7AM Mon-Fri Summary: The Heatset Shift Leader will be responsible for leading, overseeing, planning, and organizing all daily activities in the Heatset department for their assigned shift. Your skills we value: Manage the flow of day-to-day operations in the Heatset department. Organizing shift schedules for team members Monitoring attendance, tardiness, and time off Assigning duties to specific employees based on role and skills. Supervising employees and assisting with tasks as necessary Training new and current team members on tasks Adhering to company policies and health, safety, and employment standards Ensures maintenance and repair work is completed safely, effectively, and in a timely manner. Assists team members with technical issues or advanced problems with given assignments. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Ability to identify issues and to determine repairs that are needed. Ability to plan maintenance schedules for building systems. Strong supervisory and leadership skills. Drive and perform lift truck safety inspection checklist daily. Any other duties assigned by supervisor. Qualifications: 1–3 Year experience preferred in any manufacturing and maintenance Extensive knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
