Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to introduce and promote our new line of plumbing fixtures and bathroom products. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on face-to-face interactions, enjoys building strong business relationships, and is eager to drive sales growth.
As a key player in our expansion, you will be responsible for door-to-door sales outreach to showrooms, hardware stores, and big-box retailers, ensuring our products gain visibility and market traction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect & Visit: Travel to showrooms, hardware stores, and big-box retailers to introduce and promote our product line.
- Build Relationships: Develop lasting partnerships with store managers, buyers, and key decision-makers.
- Product Demonstrations: Passionately showcase product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Close Deals: Negotiate pricing, order quantities, and partnership terms to drive sales.
- Follow-Up: Maintain strong, ongoing communication with prospects and clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Intelligence: Gather valuable insights from customers, track competitor activities, and provide feedback to enhance sales strategies.
- Meet & Exceed Sales Goals: Drive growth by hitting and surpassing sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Sales experience preffered but we are willing to train the right person.
- Passion for sales and customer relationships—you love networking, problem-solving, and creating win-win deals.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence buying decisions.
- Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to succeed.
- Ability to travel locally and manage a territory efficiently.
- Comfortable working independently while also collaborating as part of a team.
