Job Description:
Cabins For You is looking for Inspectors to join our team in Pigeon Forge, TN. We are a family-oriented company that is focused on providing the best product to our customers while supporting our local community. We are currently looking for inspectors to help with a variety of duties, including but not limited to:
- Ensure cabins are ready for occupancy by performing routine inspection expectations prior to guest arrival.
- Travel to numerous cabins daily using the company vehicle.
- Complete reports and submit them in a timely manner.
- Communicate all housekeeping and maintenance issues to the supervisor.
- Light Cleaning as necessary.
- Change light bulbs, air filters, and batteries if needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum age of 18 years, valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Computer skills and knowledge of Excel Spreadsheets.
- Access to Email to send reports and pictures.
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
