Fluent in Spanish and management skills a PLUS but not required

What you'll do:

  • Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist in vehicle selection by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Use your phone skills and sales expertise to turn prospects into happy Cable Dahmer customers.
  • Be the vehicle expert. Know the in’s & the outs of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
  • Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new & pre-owned vehicles.
  • Follow-up with owners to ensure complete satisfaction and referral business.
  • Learn to overcome objections and excel in your sales career
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.


What you'll need:

  • Availability to work flexible hours & Saturdays
  • Driven and ready to be developed professionally
  • Great Communication skills with all types of customers
  • Team Player working to develop relationships with coworkers and close deals
  • Professional and well-groomed appearance
