What we're looking for?
We are an established wholesaler of foodservice supplies looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team and become a key contributor to our continued rapid growth. As a Product Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for supporting all steps involved in developing new products from the start to finish, including identifying a market need, conceptualizing the product, validating the solution and much more.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or other related fields
- 2-4 years of related work experience, including copywriting and proofreading experience
- Extremely action, organized and detail-orientated
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow direction, multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Project and time management skills
- ability to rearrange tasks as priorities change
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market/product research and competitive analysis to provide information and suggestions during new product development process
- Analyze cost, competitors' pricing, marketability and profitability
- Create specifications for new products; create marketing content (e.g., product introduction and bullet points) for digital and printed media, including web page, sales sheet, brochure and product packaging
- Coordinate creation and publication of marketing materials, including without limitation catalog and flyer
- Collaborate with overseas offices to order and receive samples; review and provide detailed feedback on revisions and approvals
- Administrative tasks for new product development
- Lead or assist with special projects as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Experience with the following required
- Marketing: 1 years (Required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet usage
- Experience with foodservice products a plus
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) a plus

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
