What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cyber Fusion Analyst position at CACI?
Position Summary:
Provide cyber analytic expertise in a high-demand complex environment to achieve DoD customer goals in Charlottesville, Virginia. This position supports a multi-INT fused team solving difficult problems that vary between projects and includes long-term project efforts.
Responsibilities:
Provide innovation and critical thinking skills to customer problem sets. Expected to be able to expertly translate creative and critical thinking into written and oral forms.
Expertly find and fuse cyber intelligence information from all available intelligence disciplines.
Perform cyber data fusion by combining various types of data to create a product with an increased level of understanding of the targeted area than can be achieved with a single data source.
Identify additional collection platforms and datasets to provide valuable insights or added value to the program's analysis.
Use Activity Based Intelligence (ABI) techniques to mine large datasets for analytic leads and developmental opportunities.
Perform network or nodal analysis of people, organizations, and locations by fusing cyber data from multiple sources.
Communicate collection requirements on large datasets for future development.
Required Qualifications:
- Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance.
- Must be willing to take a Counterintelligence polygraph.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field and 2 years of relevant experience, OR
- 5 years of cyber analysis experience.
- Demonstrated experience with computer defense technologies spanning endpoint, network, and open source.
- Expert in analyzing and delivering cyber information.
- A track record of successful projects.
- Clear and effective written, visual, and oral communications skills.
Desired Skills:
- Intelligence experience in a fusion environment. Knowledgeable in intelligence disciplines' capabilities, limitations, and platforms to include HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, and OSINT.
- Ability to handle multiple efforts simultaneously.
- Threat actor TTP and indicator identification using large data sources.
- Analytic and technical collaboration and outreach experience.
