CACI is seeking a full time IT Support associate to assist with Tier III/-IV informational system support with occasional user system support . This position is located in Albuquerque, NM. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with strong communication skills, organized and able to work in a team environment. The desired candidate will have experience with Windows 10\11 as well as experience identifying, researching and resolving technical issues related to desktops, LAN/WAN connectivity with TCP/IP, and Active Directory. The position requires a minimum of one to five years of experience.
What You’ll Get to Do:
- 1-5 years of experience supporting Windows desktop operating systems, Office 365 and Teams
- Experience troubleshooting computer hardware and application issues
- Responsible for monitoring and operating computer system infrastructure enabling processing of engineering, business and other data
- Responsible for S/W loading and updates
- Observes system performance on a continual basis
- Performs system diagnostics and resolves issues as identified
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical ability
- Resolve any issues related to internal and cloud-based infrastructure, such as email, printers, wired and wireless networks, video conferencing and VPN
- Experience utilizing Remote Desktop tools
- Hands on workstation support required;
- User system Support
- Document all interactions with detail and accuracy within the help desk ticketing system
- Perform technical on-boarding of new employees
- Active Directory, DNS, DHCP Support
- CADD application support desirable but not required
- Ability to work in a team environment or independently as needed
- Must be able to think and adapt quickly as business needs change
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Supporting staff while developing and maintaining high quality relationships with users
- Highly energetic with the desire for career development through company goals and training
More About the Role:
- Participation in a 24/7 on call support rotation
- Occasional travel may be required to support other offices.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
- Security , A , network , information systems or equivalent experience, (IT certifications
- 0-5 years’ experience in implementing approved technical solutions
- Active TS
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Current Security (Sec ) DoD Approved 8140 (previously 8570) Baseline Certification.
- Experience in performing system software support activities for a network of Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022.
