What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Estimator position at CAD Systems, LLC?
Duties and responsibilities
- monitor/managing bid requests from contractors
- reach out to general contractors and architects for various information retaining to specific projects
- developing and maintaining relationships with company vendors and contractors
- adding jobs onto the office bid calendar
- presenting prepared bid estimates to management
Job requirements
- able to read blue prints, (bonus if you can specifically read architectural prints)
- working knowledge Microsoft Office, (specifically Microsoft Excel)
- working knowledge of Adobe
- light travel, (within the state when necessary)
- preferred working knowledge of Onscreen Takeoff Pro
This position is great for someone who would like to grow within the company. Training will be provided. You must be a team player with excellent communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
