Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Recruiting Specialist to join our team and play a key role in attracting top talent to contribute to our success. The Recruiting Specialist will play a vital role in supporting our HR Manager in various recruitment functions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Conduct new employee orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
2. Sourcing and Attraction: Utilize various channels to source potential candidates, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top tier talent.
3. Talent Pipelines: Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for key roles to ensure a consistent pool of qualified candidates.
4. Market Analysis: Use data, industry knowledge, and experience to identify and attract the best-in-class and diverse talent and influence long term hiring strategies for the company.
5. HR Administration: Maintain HR records and employee files. Generate HR reports and assist with HR analytics and coordinate employee events, training, and development programs.
6. Culture and Employee Engagement: Support initiatives to enhance company culture and employee engagement. Organize team-building activities and recognition programs.
Ideal Candidate:
With these responsibilities in mind, our “Ideal Candidate” should possess the following attributes:
- 3 years of experience in recruiting roles, preferably in a startup or technology company.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, recruiting, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
