Arrowood Kakinah Enterprise, a rapidly growing start-up construction company specializing in commercial building and government contracting, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant General Manager to help lead our team. This is a unique opportunity for an individual with a minimum of two years of project management experience and a degree in construction project management or a related field, and who is eager to play a key role in a fast-growing enterprise. Experience in public projects or road construction or government contracting is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in leading and overseeing all aspects of company operations, focusing on commercial building projects and government contracts
- Manage project teams, budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expand the company's presence in the market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards in the construction industry
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
- Identify and help develop new business opportunities and partnerships to support the company's growth and expansion

Arrowood is an enterprise of the Caddo Nation of Oklahoma, a federally recognized Indian tribe. An applicant's experience in working with tribal governmental construction and development projects is a plus.
The position will be based at one of the Caddo Nation's facilities in Caddo County, Oklahoma. The position will involve routine business travel.

Qualifications
Degree in Construction Technology-Construction Management, Engineering Technologies, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of two years of construction project management experience, preferably in commercial building or government contracting
Strong knowledge of the construction industry, including experience in public building projects and road construction
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering results on time and within budget
