Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and ensure a high level of customer service throughout events.
• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications (tables, chairs, place settings, etc.).
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
• Clear tables, remove service items, and assist with post-event clean-up.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors during events.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure.
• Effective problem-solving and attention to detail.
