We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a collaborative setting and are passionate about the food industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests with their orders.
• Operate the Aloha POS system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
• Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Assist in bussing tables and maintaining a tidy dining environment for guests.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Handle food inventory, including stocking supplies and managing waste effectively.

Skills

• Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred but not required.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively.
• Background in culinary arts or previous restaurant experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for order processing and inventory management.
• Excellent sanitation practices to ensure food safety standards are met.
• Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration in a busy environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
