Our estimators ensure that we have complete and thorough estimates, study and review plans, specifications, and other project documents, and collaborate with subcontractors to procure accurate bids for our projects.

Our estimators ensure that we have complete and thorough estimates, study and review plans, specifications, and other project documents, and collaborate with subcontractors to procure accurate bids for our projects.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Have a familiarity and working knowledge of all upcoming projects.
- Perform accurate quantity takeoffs using Bluebeam Revu.
- Solicit and deliver bids as needed.
- Accurately process construction documentation, submittals, and more.
- Assist the Preconstruction Team as needed.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, subcontractors, project managers, and owners.
- Support project operations as needed.
- Degree in construction management or related field (preferred)
- Experience within the construction industry, especially construction estimating (preferred)
- Attention-to-detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meat deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
