Perform requirement gathering, gap and business impact analysis, estimation, design review, schedule and task tracking, project/release planning, and integration, functional, regression, and acceptance testing for Salesforce Service Cloud software development. Create functional, integration, regression tests for new web applications/components using Tosca. Manage and implement test design, test approach, testing, story requirement clarification and provide feedback to the development team applying agile principals. Lead testing effort for medium-to-large sized products, from concept to delivery. Create production implementation and test plans, and validate the production Go Live. Run regression test suite to ensure all the scripts are running successfully. Build, maintain and run automation scripts using Tosca. Update smoke testing suite & regression testing suite every sprint to accommodate new features/enhancements. Minimum Requirements: Requires a bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, business administration, electronic engineering, technology management, or related field and 4 years of experience in the position offered or 4 years of experience performing software QA analysis/engineering and software development for Salesforce Service Cloud. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree in the aforementioned fields and 4 years of experience as stated, the employer will accept a master’s or foreign equivalent degree in the aforementioned fields and 2 years of experience as stated, or a Ph.D. or foreign equivalent degree in the aforementioned fields and experience or graduate-level coursework as stated. Also requires experience or graduate-level coursework utilizing the following tools: Salesforce Service Cloud; and Rally. Position reports to Atlanta, GA office. Company offers flexible work from home schedule, but in-office work is required and individual must live within commuting distance of stated office.
