Part-Time Customer Success Associate (Florida)

We’re looking for a friendly, responsible, positive and tech-savvy Customer Success Associate to help us deliver a great experience to early users of our AI healthcare assistant at a senior living community in Oviedo, Florida. (Must live local to the area.) In this role, you’ll be the local point of contact for setting up our smart devices and assisting residents with basic questions about the product. This is a hands-on, people-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys supporting users, solving problems, and being part of an innovative healthcare initiative. Our ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with older adults and caregivers. Also, ideal candidate has their own iPhone and is comfortable with iPhones.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Set up and configure our AI healthcare assistant devices in participant homes within a senior living community.
• Provide friendly and timely support to residents, caregivers, and staff as they begin using the product.
• Answer questions and troubleshoot basic technical issues related to the devices or app.
• Serve as a communication bridge between the participants and our internal product or engineering teams.
• Keep accurate notes on any issues or user feedback during the pilot period.
• Coordinate with the Cairns Health team to schedule visits, deliveries, or support as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a warm, patient, and professional demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with basic tech setup (WiFi, smart devices, iOS apps, etc.).
• Reliable transportation and ability to be on-site in the local senior living community.
• Responsive via phone/email and able to provide follow-up support as needed.
• Comfortable working independently and communicating with remote teams.
• Access to an iPhone is required to support product installation and testing.
• (Note: Our app is currently only available on iOS.)
• Experience at senior living community is preferred but not mandatory.

Timing and Location

Must be available to start in September. This is a part-time role, hours are TBD but can grow with the right fit. This is an on-site role in Oviedo FL. Remote work is not available.
