What are the responsibilities and job description for the Reservationist/Cashier position at Cajun Encounters?
Reservationist/Cashier needed for fast paced tour company. The ideal candidate will be positive, upbeat, detail oriented, and have the ability to thrive in a high stress environment.
Some job duties include:
-Answering phones.
-Booking tours.
-Greeting and interacting with guests.
-Checking in guests for tours.
-Making sure office/gift shop area is kept clean.
-Stocking/Cleaning restrooms.
-Maintaining a positive attitude and overall work ethic.
We are a high-volume tour company. Answering phones is top priority, so excellent communications skills are a must.
Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalency. Previous sales/customer service experience preferred.
Training period is approximately 3 weeks (paid). All new hires are subject to a 90-day probationary evaluation.
We are currently hiring full-time employees. Candidate must have open availability - this includes nights, weekends and holidays.
