Stacker

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Stacker to join our team at our Value Added Depot in Santa Paula, CA. As a Stacker, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate stacking of products in our warehouse. You will work closely with our warehouse team to ensure that all products are properly stacked and stored, and that all safety protocols are followed. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Forklift certification
• Experience with inventory management systems

Responsibilities:

• Stack and organize products in the warehouse according to company standards
• Ensure that all products are properly labeled and stored
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed

Skills:

As a Stacker, you will use your strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure that all products are properly stacked and stored. You will also use your communication and teamwork skills to work closely with our warehouse team to ensure that all safety protocols are followed. Additionally, you may use your experience with inventory management systems to assist with other warehouse duties as needed. Overall, this role requires a strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• The base hourly wage we reasonably expect to pay for this role is: $13.41 - $20.10
• New hires start at $16.00
• The actual hourly wage for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience.
• Please note that the base pay is one important aspect of a compelling Total Rewards package. The base pay range here does not include any additional benefits or cash bonuses that you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type.
