We are hiring a District Training Manager who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive training programs to develop talent across multiple car wash locations within a defined district. This individual ensures team members and managers are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and behaviors necessary to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain operational excellence, and meet company goals. The District Training Manager plays a critical role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization. This role is ideal for a dynamic, results-oriented professional who is passionate about team member development and ready to lead and inspire a team to achieve success.

Training Program Development
- Develop and update training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, and on-the-job training guides, tailored to car wash operations.
- Ensure training programs align with company standards, operational goals, safety, and compliance requirements.
