Full-Time Investment Banking and Capital Markets Analyst Program

The ZCM 2-year Investment Banking and Capital Markets Analyst Program offers a unique entrepreneurial experience to join a rapidly growing platform and team. The program offers the opportunity to maximize Analysts’ potential in these early professional years, providing foundational knowledge, skills, and experiences that will last a professional lifetime. Analysts will immediately take an active role within their deal team (while completing a formal training program), working alongside seasoned capital markets professionals, to successfully meet the financial needs of our clients. Analysts will build deep relationships with key partners (e.g. Credit, Legal, etc.), deal team members, and clients while working throughout the full deal lifecycle.

Zions Capital Markets is headquartered in El Segundo, CA, with additional offices throughout the U.S. in San Francisco, Salt Lake City, Houston, and Fort Lauderdale.

Loan Syndications Program Analyst – Los Angeles, Houston
Corporate Finance Solutions Program Analyst – Los Angeles, Houston
Real Estate Capital Markets Program Analyst – Los Angeles
Power & Project Finance Program Analyst – Los Angeles
Derivative Sales & Trading Program Analyst – Salt Lake City

Minimum Requirements:
Completed BA/BS degree in Business or Finance, with a scheduled graduation prior to May 2023
Overall GPA of 3.0 or above
Strong interest in finance and investment banking
High degree of academic and extracurricular achievement
Proven analytical ability, critical thinking, and attention to detail
Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
Superior written and oral communication skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Comfortability working with peers at all levels, ranging from fellow analysts through Managing and Executive Directors
Willingness to commit substantial time and energy to the program
