Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review incoming service requests to determine the scope of work, parts needed, and who to schedule and ensure customers are followed up with within 24 hours
- Coordinates gathering of information needed for go-backs, add-ons, and warranties and assists with scheduling
- Ensure all customers are contacted within 24 hours to confirm their completed job and update the system accordingly.
- Create folders for installations (new installs, go backs, service, and add on) and all required paperwork that is housed in the folder.
- Assist Sales Manager, Showroom Manager, Production Manager, and Office Manager as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to quickly switch tasks and work across multiple applications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge and familiarity of Microsoft Office suite
- A positive, cooperative, resourceful attitude; Resiliency when dealing with difficult customers
- The ability to maintain calm under pressure
- Ability to work virtually in a quiet, designated area with high-speed internet access
- Ability and willingness to work evenings and weekends
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Schedule is Monday through Friday with occasional required overtime
