Under the general direction of the Firearms Information Technology Systems (FITSM) Information Technology Manager I, the FITSM Information Technology Specialist II Data Relationship Manager/Data Lead, serves as the primary liaison for all data-related activities, ensuring alignment between business needs, technical implementation, and vendor execution. This role facilitates communication across teams to ensure data requirements are clearly understood, properly managed, and fully compliant. The incumbent will lead the effort to ensure that data governance, migration, and security efforts are strategically coordinated, effectively documented, and delivered in support of the project’s overall objectives. The incumbent works closely with team leaders to build, evaluate, and optimize project schedules and will participate in a cross functional team environment in the development and oversight of the project schedules.
