Job Description And Duties
Are you detail oriented, organized, and interested in keeping critical processes running smoothly? The Imaging and Live Scan program is looking for a motivated Office Technician to join our team and act as our Administrative Support Technician to provide essential administrative and personnel support to our program.
The Office Technician (OT) is responsible for a wide range of office and administrative support functions for the program. Responsibilities include preparing letters, meeting minutes, and specialized statistical reports and queries, in addition to assisting with special projects as requested by management. The OT serves as the primary attendance coordinator for all staff in the program as well as providing general administrative support services and special projects for the management and supervisory staff such as purchasing, facility requests, ergonomics, equipment tracking and the creation of spreadsheets, charts/graphs, and presentation materials. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, can prioritize and perform work assignments according to urgency and importance and is proficient in using a personal computer and common software applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
