What You'll Do:
- Conduct thorough, confidential internal investigations into allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, bullying, and workplace violence.
- Recommend smart, strategic changes to improve personnel practices and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and Commission policies.
- Track case intakes and maintain organized investigation logs.
- Serve as the point of contact for the Disability Advisory Committee — coordinating initiatives and acting as liaison with executive leadership.
- Drive professional development by leading the Upward Mobility Program.
- Deliver engaging training sessions to staff on EEO processes, workplace violence prevention, and more.
