We are a leading Ophthalmology practice in Gilroy, looking for a Medical Assistant / Ophthalmic Technician who thrives in a fast paced, highly detail-oriented team environment and knows how to "WOW" with patient care.

Under the supervision of the physician and medical staff, the Ophthalmic Technician performs technical duties. Perform an array of measurements and ophthalmic testing as requested by the physician and medical staff.
Duties include:
- Obtaining patient history, patient work ups, visual acuities, IOP testing, auto refractor, OCTs, Visual Fields, Fundus imaging, and other diagnostic testing.
- Surgical assist with in-office minor procedures
- Pre-op and post-op instructions
