About us
We are California Hot Sauce Solutions and we manufacture *a lot* of Hot Sauce every week in our Oceanside facility. We are looking for prep workers / production workers who want to join our crew and help us pump out pallets of quality, artisanal sauces.
We produce many different products -- no two days are the same, no two weeks are the same. Our work has been featured on Hot Ones.
Typical businss hours are 9-5 M-F (with occasional evening overlap). Total hours per week vary based on the production volume, but "typical" weeks are 30-40 hours. Time and a half is paid for any hours over 40 per week (or any hours over 8 per day).
Compensation is paid hourly and determined by experience. Expect it to be above-average when compared to typical kitchen work.
Ideal candidate will have a good sense of humor, a strong work-ethic, attention to detail and prior kitchen experience. Kitchen experience is definitely preferred, but we can train as necessary for the right candidate.
We are looking for an Assembler to join our team and help us assemble a variety of products. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in assembly line work, be able to read and understand instructions, and have the ability to work quickly and accurately. The successful candidate will be responsible for following safety protocols, ensuring quality control standards are met, and adhering to production deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Wash / weigh / prep raw ingredients
- Adhere to recipe weights and measurements
- Pack / label / cap bottles of product
- Pack / label cases of product
- Stack pallets of finished product
- Pick / pack outbound packages for shipment
