  • Experience planning, organizing, coordinating, and directing the work of others.
  • Documenting findings and memorializing those findings in a written report.
  • Knowledge of Public Utilities Code as they pertain to the requirements of the division as noted in Public Utilities Code.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills, including the ability to make recommendations and keep management apprised of the status of work assignments.
  • Experience advising various levels of management.
  • Experience creating and implementing project plans.
