Callaway Golf is searching for an enterprising Senior Product Manager to help develop and deliver ecommerce technology solutions and digital and omnichannel experiences that enable growth, retention, and cross-marketing for Callaway and its sister companies within Topgolf Callaway Brands (TCB).
This role will enable growth and enhancement of the unified customer journey to intelligently empower customers within Topgolf Callaway Brands’ ecosystem of offerings. As a Senior Digital Product Manager, the role will be a key contributor in designing and building a holistic stack that spans web, marketing, analytics, and personalization solutions.
Additionally, the role will drive alignment with stakeholders and leadership, owning the product lifecycle from opportunity & solution validation to development & go-to-market. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with partners in ecommerce, marketing, and engineering to implement the right solutions to optimize customer touchpoints across channels and brands. This includes developing a deep understanding of brands’ challenges amid the rapidly evolving ecommerce landscape to inform the priorities that make up the product roadmap.

Roles And Responsibilities
- Customer Advocacy: Ensure an exceptional digital experience across all touchpoints.
- Product Expertise: Become the go-to expert on TCB’s consumer websites, marketing analytics, and digital tools.
- Strategic Vision: Drive long-term product innovation in a dynamic eCommerce landscape.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with eCommerce, marketing, and engineering teams to integrate and enhance digital capabilities.
- Roadmap Execution: Convert strategies into detailed roadmaps and oversee product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
- Data-Driven Approach: Advocate for data integrity and leverage insights for decision-making.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of industry trends and implement innovative solutions.
- Product Testing & Experimentation: Strong experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and user testing.
- Data-Driven Personalization: Expertise in customer segmentation, recommendation engines, and automated personalization strategies.
- Technical Fluency & System Integration: Proficiency in APIs, databases, Salesforce Commerce, and backend systems.
- Data Privacy & Compliance: Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and compliance tools like OneTrust.
- Marketing Technologies(preferred): Experience with CDPs, email marketing, and ad platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in STEM, Business, or related fields (master’s degree is a plus).
- 5 years in product management, focusing on eCommerce and omnichannel growth.
- Proven track record in product strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong communication, organizational, and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to develop scalable international solutions while maintaining local relevance.
