To further this mission, Callen-Lorde promotes health education and wellness, and advocates for LGBTQ health issues. About the Role:Are you a patient-centered healthcare professional committed to delivering high-quality, respectful care to a diverse patient population? Callen-Lorde is seeking a Primary Care Provider (NP/MD/DO) who specializes in HIV care to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary team. As a PCP at Callen-Lorde, you key responsibilities will include:Clinical CareConduct patient screenings, examinations, diagnoses, and treatments across the lifespan.Provide care that is respectful, compassionate, unbiased, and consistent with evidence-based guidelines.Deliver care in scheduled 20-40 minute appointments and ensure timely follow-up on patient needs, test results, and referrals.Document all care promptly in the electronic health record (EPIC).Provide primary care servicesCollaboration & CoordinationMake appropriate internal and external referrals.Work effectively within a team-based care model, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.Quality & Professional DevelopmentParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and case conferences.Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, including continuing medical education.Work Schedule:Three morning/daytime shifts: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PMTwo evening shifts: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PMOptional Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PMCompensationThe salary range for this position will be commensurate with the experience and qualifications of the selected candidate.Additional differential of $10,000 annually for obtaining and maintaining Board Certifications in the areas of MDs and DO's - Infectious Disease, Endocrinology, Geriatrics, and Adolescence Medicine. Salary : $127,490 - $265,000
