Job Description

Experienced paralegal sought for busy branch office of a regional Insurance Defense firm. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• drafting pleadings, correspondence, medical records summaries/analysis, Motions, discovery responses, arbitration submissions
• tracking medical records requests, defense examinations, records requests, Court dates, discovery responses
• conferencing with clients to respond to discovery requests, information needs
  
  

The applicant should be a self-starter, exhibit attention to detail and be a team player.
