Summary/Objective:
Is familiar with the liquid manufacturing processes and demonstrates the aptitude to become proficient at those and familiar with other processes. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job, works with spot supervision, Primary job functions may require exercising some independent judgment. Priorities generally set by others and work is oriented toward productivity.
Essential Functions:
- Operate manual equipment and hand tools associated with production work, such as drum cart, pallet jack, drum stacker, plug wrenches, torque wrenches, seal removal tools etc.
- Operate scales
- May operate a forklift; may operate shrink-wrap and banding machine; may load and unload supplies and equipment; may operate a company vehicle, may assist in the routine maintenance of equipment; may shut down machines, lock warehouse and set alarms.
- Able to carry out all aspects of processing a liquid WO
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Prepare routine production paperwork
- Become familiar with the production process and machines used to process liquids
- Maintain quality, safety, and/or contamination control standards
