CaLLogix is seeking Part Time Customer Service Representatives to assist in our busy Call Center in Bedford, NH!

- Consistently providing customers with exceptional customer service via incoming telephone calls, utilizing various database systems and platforms

REQUIREMENTS
- Successful work experience in a customer focused environment
- Knowledge of computers, keyboard, various software programs
- Excellent organizational, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to successfully comprehend, retain and apply training, new materials, procedures, policies, and account updates
- Must be able to manage priorities and multi-task
- Must have outstanding work ethic
- Must have excellent coping skills for stress management
- Must have high level empathy for helping others
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 20 hours per week, Flexible shifts between the hours of 8am-8pm
Mornings, Afternoons, Days, Evenings/Weekends all available!
